Job summary

MRISpokane is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager (C&I) to originate, develop, and manage middle-market commercial banking relationships in the Phoenix area. This role partners with credit and treasury management teams to expand the C&I lending portfolio in a high-growth Southwest market.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial lending, strong credit analysis, and the ability to source and close new business while leveraging an established market network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial banking experience.
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Existing market relationships preferred.
• Ability to independently source and close new business.
• Treasury management and deposit gathering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new C&I banking relationships.
• Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio.
• Generate loans, deposits, and treasury management opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate commercial credit facilities.
• Partner with credit teams to obtain approvals and close transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and referral networks.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
• Represent the institution within the local business community.
