Upland Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Manager to oversee a sizable portfolio in Arizona. The role combines day-to-day financials, administration, and maintenance operations with opportunities for growth within a growing PM team.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, reporting, tenant relations, and coordinating construction projects. A strong background in accounting, lease analysis, and Yardi is required, with in-person office hours and local travel to properties.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Commercial Property Manager.
• Strong background in accounting/finance and building operations.
• Experience analyzing and negotiating lease/contract language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead property management initiatives and policies across the portfolio.
• Ensure budget guidelines are followed and oversee invoicing and disbursements.
• Prepare financial and leasing reports, including CAM reconciliation.
