Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Greenville, NC seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a team, manage daily operations, and ensure KPI targets and insurance metrics are met, while championing safety and quality standards.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews, driving engagement and growth within a high‑volume service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collision center operations and customer experience.
• Manage annual and monthly budgets for the center.
• Forecast, track and drive sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and develop store staff to achieve KPIs and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
