Qualifications

• Proven leadership in collision repair or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collision center operations to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate daily production meetings and ensure on-time delivery of repairs.
• Manage budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and staff performance reviews.
