Gerber Collision & Glass in Columbia, SC seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations of the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive KPI targets, coach team members, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while fostering a culture of professionalism and safety.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
• Oversee safety/staff meetings and performance reviews within 24 hours.
