Zohorecruit partners with a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency to hire an Account Manager who acts as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts, guiding onboarding and ongoing management. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing roles within a digital marketing setting, strong English skills, and excellent communication and organization.

Knowledge of GoHighLevel and PPC/SEO discussions is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Account Manager, Client Success, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
• Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher) in speaking and writing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into active campaigns.
• Communicate with clients via Zoom, phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Present and explain PPC, SEO, and Local Services Ads (LSA) performance reports clearly.
• Manage client expectations and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the customer journey.
