• Support services: Insurance Agency Websites, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, Local Listings Management.
• Communicate with clients professionally and timely on status of requests.
• Answer requests via phone and support tickets.
• Resolve tickets promptly with strong product knowledge.
• Update customer websites via WordPress CMS.
• Follow documented processes and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Provide frontline customer service for billing inquiries.
• Identify overall support process improvements and share observations.
