Zoot Enterprises is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure customers achieve outcomes while maximizing value from our product and services. You will drive revenue growth and client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

In this fast-paced role you will build account strategies, manage KPIs, upsell opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in client success, CX, or project/account management.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
• Capture client feedback and execute customer campaigns to improve outcomes.
• Develop and execute account strategies and plans for assigned accounts.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to address them.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure client value realization.
• Manage retention, milestones and contract opportunities with proactive outreach.
• Regularly report activities, strategies and progress to management.
• Maintain knowledge of Zoot solutions and market trends to support clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications
