Job summary

Wright Automotive seeks a motivated individual to manage its Call Center/Business Development Center. No previous automotive experience required; learn quickly and set appointments while driving outbound campaigns.

You will maintain forecasts, track internet leads and inbound calls, train staff, and collaborate with management to improve performance. Benefits include strong health coverage, PTO, 401K, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Team player with positive energy and eagerness to improve.
• Competitive, self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
• Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day business of the business development center.
• Collect and analyze business metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals.
• Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
