Job summary

Wright Automotive in the United States is seeking a motivated individual to manage our Call Center/Business Development Center, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to drive outbound campaigns and lead management. No automotive experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service
• Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business development center
• Collect and analyze business metrics
• Train and support the business development representatives
• Collaborate with executives to set appointment strategies
• Answer customer inquiries as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
• Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
• Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
• Collect and analyze business metrics
• Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
• Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary

Requirements
