The role reports to the Regional Growth Leader and focuses on exceeding sales goals, cross-selling, and maintaining a high standard of quality and delivery across the BC. A ten-year track record in consulting and business development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead pursuits, manage accounts, and drive revenue growth.

• Achieving Business Center sales goals.
• Developing and executing market growth strategies.
• Maintaining understanding of market opportunities and trends.
• Winning new projects with key clients.
• Developing and managing strategic client relationships.
