Job summary

Stantec, a leading design and engineering firm, seeks a BCPL to drive growth and lead strategic pursuits across our Business Centers. You will manage top accounts, shape market strategies, and reinforce the company’s market position while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader, you will oversee business development efforts, Go/No Go reviews, and collaboration with Principals to advance revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years of related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Professional registration in a related field.
• Field work may involve variable conditions and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Business Center sales goals and grow market share.
• Develop and execute market growth strategies and manage strategic client relationships.
• Lead pursuits, Go/No Go decisions, and cross-selling across geographies and disciplines.
• Ensure client satisfaction with high-quality delivery and strong project governance.
• Forecast net revenue by period and monitor backlog and utilization.
