Job summary

Stantec seeks a Northwest Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth, leadership, and execution for our regional BC. You will oversee market growth, key client engagements, and pursuit strategies while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader, you will steer revenue, market positioning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, shaping the future of the BC in the Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Business Center sales goals and revenue targets.
• Developing and executing market growth strategies across the BC.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of market opportunities and trends.
• Winning new projects with key clients and expanding relationships.
• Developing and managing strategic client relationships across the BC.
• Assessing and pursuing new markets and clients for growth.
• Building Stantec’s external visibility and industry presence.
• Lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major BC opportunities.
• Drive client relationship strategy with Principals to improve satisfaction scores.
• Responsible for net revenue forecasts by period, quarter and year end.
