Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch installation operations in the Orlando area. You will drive profitability, optimize inventory, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating across functions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in service industries with 4+ years of leadership and proven ability to manage branch P&L, scheduling, and compliance with building codes. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of service industry experience
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience
• 3+ years managing branch P&L
• Driving record meets company insurance standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the branch operational plan aligning with company goals
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to maintain smooth performance
• Improve production adherence by monitoring downtime and efficiency
• Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets and monitor expenditures
• Recruit, onboard and manage staff; maintain appropriate headcount
• Maintain positive customer relationships and collaborate with regional team to implement best practices
