Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in leadership and construction, 1+ year in window install/service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong general construction knowledge (4+ years).
• 3+ years resolving customer issues.
• 1+ years experience with windows installation, measuring or servicing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and manage direct reports.
• Oversee installation of windows, siding, and doors to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with 1099 crews; document and maintain skill matrices; process install pay.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory; conduct audits.
• Serve as customer service liaison for install-related issues.
• Work with scheduling to assign crews and monitor workloads.
• Oversee job sites for quality and remeasurements as needed.
• Approve additional costs; monitor run rates and quality scores.
