Qualifications

• At least 7 years in the service industry with leadership experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 3 years managing a branch P&L and staff.
• Driving record meets company insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the branch operational plan to meet goals.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Improve production adherence and troubleshoot downtime and process issues.
• Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets and monitor actions.
• Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines.
• Lead and develop direct reports and recruit staff.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and service standards.
• Collaborate with the regional team to implement best practices and SOPs.
• Obtain or maintain required licenses and certifications.
