CM2 Supply, Inc is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at the Ham Lake, MN location, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will oversee branch staff, coordinate with Outside Sales, manage route drivers, and implement strategies to increase productivity while maintaining safety and compliance.

This hands‑on leadership role requires a focus on growing retail and supporting account managers, with a strong emphasis on customer advocacy and operational excellence.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business management preferred.
• 2-5 years of Sales / Store experience, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Experience or knowledge in welding and industrial equipment sales and/or field‑related tasks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive branch revenue growth within acceptable profit margins to meet annual sales budgets.
• Penetrate active accounts and ensure coverage during personnel shortages and PTO.
• Support location needs and align cross‑functional goals with broader company initiatives.
• Assist account managers with new business development and territory support as needed.
