Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch or distribution management.
• Experience in lumber/building materials or wholesale distribution preferred.
• P&L accountability and budget/expense management.
• Strong inventory, logistics, and process improvement knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own branch P&L performance, including profitability and costs.
• Develop and implement plans to improve margins and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
