Job summary

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in Detroit Lakes. You will direct daily branch operations, coach staff, drive sales and service, and build community relationships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and policy interpretation to meet organizational goals. The position is full-time with an exempt status and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and sick time.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit union operations and related laws/regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, vendors and members.
• Familiarity with safety and security programs for alarms, robberies, etc.
• Experience in supervisory roles or coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties of Member Service Specialist; in some locations also handle Teller duties.
• Conduct Integrity Coaching sessions monthly; use Behavior Styles techniques.
• Set and coach to sales and performance goals; ensure accuracy and quality of service.
• Direct supervision: hires, promotions, performance reviews, training and payroll-related functions.
• Assist in branch strategic planning and budget development; implement plans and procedures.
