World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a results-driven team in Lewisburg, TN. You will drive loan production, tax preparation growth, customer retention, and delinquency management while ensuring profitable branch operations and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, reviewing and approving loans, growing the portfolio through outreach, referrals and community engagement, and maintaining compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training program.

Responsabilités

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
