Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promoting products/services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff while ensuring performance.
• Oversee operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
