Responsabilités

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, and promotion of products.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees and ensure performance.
• Oversee operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
