You will build new business through community outreach and referrals, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strong customer relationships in a performance-driven environment with a base compensation of $40,000–$45,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management program.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and operate branch logistics.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review and approve loans within guidelines.
• Lead and develop branch team; ensure compliance and operations.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound decisions.
