World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States. You will drive branch growth, oversee loan and tax production, and manage delinquency while leading a high-performing team.

This role emphasizes outreach, referrals, and community engagement to expand the customer base and ensure profitability. You will recruit and develop staff, maintain compliant branch operations, and deliver strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in branch or team leadership and performance management.
• Experience in sales, lending, or portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make decisions that support branch success.
