Qualifications

• Experience making lending, collection, or customer-account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees.
