You will generate new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement, review lending decisions, manage collections, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, networking and promotion of products and services.
• Review, approve and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to minimize losses.
• Lead and develop branch employees and ensure compliance.
