Reworld Waste, LLC in Florham Park, New Jersey is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This is a full-funnel growth role requiring hands-on execution and collaboration with sales, operations, and corporate communications.

This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with emphasis on demand generation and performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in digital demand generation, lead generation, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, digital advertising, email marketing, and lead nurturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Lead Generation: develop and execute multi-channel B2B demand gen strategies and manage lead pipelines.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: lead end-to-end campaign planning, messaging, channel mix, and performance measurement.
• Performance Marketing & Optimization: own strategy and execution, optimize CPL, CPA, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and ROAS.
• Conversion Experience & New-Service Go-to-Market: own post-click experience and go-to-market for new services.
• Analytics, Reporting & Executive Communication: build dashboards, analyze performance, and present insights to senior leaders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with sales, operations, and product teams.
• People Management: one direct report; experience managing ICs preferred.
