Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and support daily operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, deliver excellent customer service, and help grow profitability across diverse merchandise categories.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach and develop staff, manage merchandising, and maintain store standards while working a flexible retail schedule that includes weekends. A commission structure is in place.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
