Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset protection
• Open/close store with cash handling and procedures
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation
• Analyze performance data to meet business goals
