Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive store performance. You will coach and develop staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and support daily operations alongside the Store Manager.

You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and check-out procedures while working with a diverse range of merchandise. The role offers commission opportunities and a path to leadership growth in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
