• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and implement service programs.
• Ensure staffing at the retail sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager with goal setting, coaching, and training.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified team members.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Coordinate communications and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks.
• Maintain store building, signage, and delivery vehicles.
