Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Work outside the office when required (on-site tasks, marketing).
• Meet company performance standards and participate in events and referrals.
