Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Riverdale, GA to help lead our team and drive store performance. You will coach employees, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily operations alongside the Store Manager.

You'll gain hands-on leadership experience with a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. The role offers hourly pay with commission, performance bonuses, and benefits, with a schedule that often includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or management preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfort working with various merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certifications provided)

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives
• Open and close the store including cash handling and procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics to support business objectives
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories
