FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service across a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry and electronics.

This role emphasizes leadership, profitability, and strong team development. You will drive sales, manage inventory, supervise cash procedures, and ensure compliance while supporting recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
