Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our Ohio location. You will lead staff, manage inventory and finances, and ensure exceptional customer service, while driving sales to meet goals.

The role requires retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for the tobacco industry. You will work to ensure store standards, health and safety, and regulatory compliance are maintained.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Completion of high school degree.
• At least 1–2 years of previous manager experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store employees on an ongoing basis.
• Create opportunities to develop team's product knowledge to be the expert.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise a team of retail employees, including scheduling and performance management.
• Promote company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
