Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervises and guides associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• People: Trains and develops teams, actively recruits to build a strong candidate pool when needed.
• Operations: Ensures execution of company processes and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory/Payroll: Manages inventory and payroll hours; schedules correctly.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains a safe store, protects assets, and follows policies.
