Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for TitleBucks in Marietta, GA. The role focuses on leading store operations, guiding customer service, and driving financial service sales while ensuring compliance and a positive customer experience.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior leadership experience, and the ability to manage daily in-store activities, including on-site tasks and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use phones, POS, and MS Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in some locations).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with a personal vehicle.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related products.
• Execute daily outreach campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a customer-service focus.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Handle on-site store duties, including errands and external marketing.
