Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to develop future leaders and drive growth across districts and stores. You’ll partner with the GM to run the store, develop the team, and deliver day-making experiences that connect with guests and the community.

The AGM role emphasizes leadership development, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on achieving sales goals while maintaining brand values and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service focus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to reach General Manager level within a year.
• Creates connections that last beyond the interaction and teaches the team to do the same.
• Leads on achieving sales goals through speed and service, and motivates the team.
• Manages day-to-day operations, cash-handling policies, inventory, and administrative tasks.
