Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and developing team members. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, coaching shifts, and maintaining high standards across food safety and operations.

You will help hire, onboard, schedule, and mentor staff while ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards, with opportunities for future advancement within the company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Follow safety procedures to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Uphold company policies and brand standards.
