Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and developing a high-performing team. You will coach Shift Leaders, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
