Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will coach leaders, uphold standards, and drive growth within a fast-paced environment.

You'll help with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development while monitoring food safety, quality, and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Enforce safety procedures to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
