Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and driving guest satisfaction. You will coach shift leaders, develop team members, and uphold brand standards while maintaining accountability and a culture of growth.

The role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities, with a focus on operational excellence and strong leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Mansioni

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
