Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, leading daily restaurant operations, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach Shift Leaders, manage scheduling, uphold food safety and cleanliness, monitor costs, and help cultivate a positive, inclusive team culture while preparing for future General Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a passion for developing others.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
