Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, costs, and profitability.
