Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager to provide coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of a single unit. You will train staff and role-model service, maintaining cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and product quality.

You will manage shifts, schedule, and payroll with a focus on efficiency and profitability. The AGM analyzes sales and labor, enforces financial controls, and supports the RGM in maintaining timekeeping and audits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areas.
• Manage shifts and coach team members on performance.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Taco Bell employees.
