Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide management coverage, supervise operations, and train staff in a fast-paced unit. The AGM will model service standards, ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy and speed of service while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, onboarding new staff, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with workplace laws and cash procedures. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, labor, and controllable expenses and adjust to maintain margins.
