Job summary

KidStrong Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will be second-in-command to the GM, driving center growth, inspiring coaches, and delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families.

You’ll lead sales and growth, manage operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while delivering 5–10 hours of hands-on coaching weekly. The role offers advancement in a high-energy, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching or sports experience with kids (15 months–11 yrs) required.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and hitting sales goals.
• Willing to obtain CPR certification and KidStrong HQ Coach Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead member acquisition through outbound calls and trial sales.
• Sell and schedule events (camps, parties, community pop-ups).
• Coach, train, and mentor staff; manage the Lead Coach/Sales Manager.
• Oversee center operations, KPIs, and customer service.
