Job summary

KidStrong Sugarland is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to drive center growth, mentor coaches, and deliver a best-in-class experience for kids and families. You will oversee sales initiatives, events, and daily operations while maintaining a high-energy, impact-driven culture.

This role requires experience with coaching kids, a strong sales mindset, leadership ability, and comfort with an active environment.

Qualifications

• Child development & athletic background with coaching/sports experience with kids 15 months–11 yrs.
• Driven sales mindset: outbound calls, closing sales, meeting goals.
• Natural leader with high energy and willingness to coach and lead teams.
• Physically active, able to move through classes and engage with kids.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace/Microsoft tools and learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive member acquisition through outbound calls (75–100/day) and signups over the phone/in-center.
• Lead coaching staff, onboard/train, mentor coaches, and model high standards.
• Track KPIs, sales, and member retention; deliver excellent customer service and center operations.
• Deliver KidStrong curriculum for ages 15 months–11 years; use KS Coaches App to track progress.
