Job summary

KidStrong Cedar Park is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive center growth, coach staff, and deliver exceptional experiences for kids and families. Lead outbound sales, schedule events, and manage daily operations while guiding a high-energy team in a community-focused environment.

The role includes 5–10 hours of hands-on coaching weekly, with CPR certification and coaching credentials preferred; in-center schedule is typically 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend shift.

Qualifications

• Child development and athletic background required.
• High-volume outbound calls and sales experience preferred.
• Leadership and coaching culture experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth; conduct 75–100 outbound calls per day.
• Lead, train and mentor coaches; manage MOD duties.
• Oversee center operations, KPIs, and member retention.
• Deliver hands-on coaching 5–10 hours weekly using the KidStrong curriculum.
