Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year management or supportive leadership experience.
• Minimum 4 years customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and balance client and staff needs.
• Proficient with computers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
